I collected this from a Seventeen mag in 1988. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained |
2 cups cooked corn kernels |
1/4 chopped red pepper |
1/4 chopped green onion |
Directions:
1. Combine all dressing ingredients. 2. Set in fridge until flavors marry. 3. Then add the rest together. 4. Toss to coat. |
