This recipe is from Kraft. Ingredients:
1 can black beans, drained |
1 can diced tomato, undrained |
1 (12 ounce) package frozen boca vegetarian ground beef |
3 cups water |
1 cup chopped onion |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon ground cumin |
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large pot or Dutch oven. 2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cover. 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
