Tropical and exotic. Ingredients:
1 2/3 ounces white rum |
2/3 ounce coconut rum |
2 ounces pineapple juice |
1/2 fresh papaya |
2/3 ounce coconut cream |
1 ounce heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Peel and dice papaya; put diced papaya into the container of an electric blender. 2. Add in the remaining ingredients and a scoop of crushed ice. 3. Blend until smooth. 4. Pour mixture into a chilled colada glass; garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple. |
