This recipe is from Barbados and is a traditional accompaniment for crisp okra, and other vegetables. May be served hot or cold. Ingredients:
1 onion, finely chopped |
1/2 hot pepper, finely minced |
2 limes, juice of |
1/4 cup butter |
1 cup boiling water |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine above ingredients & pour over hot, cooked, vegetables. |
