Serve as an appetizer or with a salad for a light lunch. Recipe from Lea & Perrins. Ingredients:
1 cup lea & perrins worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup pineapple juice |
1/4 cup honey |
2 lbs chicken wings |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together Worcestershire Sauce, juice and honey. Add the wings, turning until well coated. Cover and marinate for 1 hour, or overnight if desired, turning occasionally. 2. Preheat oven to 350°F Remove wings from refrigerator, reserving marinade. Bake for 45 minutes, or until cooked through, basting frequently. |
