Ingredients:
5 pound(s) bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed |
1/3 cup(s) butter, melted |
2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
2 teaspoon(s) salt |
4 teaspoon(s) soy sauce |
1 cup(s) thawed orange juice concentrate |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Place chicken in a single layer in two greased 11x7 inch baking dishes; spoon some of the sauce over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 2. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 1 hour or until juices run clear, basting once with remaining sauce. |
