Low cals, and tasty, adjust chili to taste, sub beef for any other meat Ingredients:
28 oz tomatoes, canned |
1 tsp scotch bonnet pepper |
2 tsp curry powder |
1 tsp salt |
5 g thyme |
1 tbs bay leaf |
100 g onions |
2 cloves garlic |
2 cups water |
1 lb beef, stewed |
10 g ginger root |
3 knorr cube |
Directions:
1. add tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic and pepper to blender 2. Puree 3. Add to large pot 4. cook on high add beef/meat 5. add seasonings 6. let cook on medium heat for 40mins |
