A friend served these at a get together she was holding and I loved them so persuaded her to let me have the recipe. Ingredients:
1 lb uncooked hot italian sausage, casings removed |
10 ounces aged cheddar cheese, grated |
3 cups bisquick |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together using your hands, blend thoroughly.
2. Shape into 3/4 balls.
3. Place balls on a rack over a cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 350F.for apprx 25 minutes or until golden.
5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
