I serve this with grilled fish very often. Simple to make and can be prepared up to 2 hours in advance. Ingredients:
1 mango, chopped |
2 tablespoons red onions, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon lime zest |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped |
Directions:
