Ingredients:
2 eggs, well beaten |
2 cups milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon oleo, melted |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/2 cup currants |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together, making a thin batter. 2. Pour like pancakes on a hot, greased griddle. 3. Add a few currants in the middle of batter while frying. 4. Brown on both sides. Put on plate and spread with butter and sugar. 5. Stack like pancakes, then use a sharp knife and cut into quarters. |
