Found this recipe on another web site and have used it on steak, chicken, and pork with good results. Ingredients:
10 ounces worcestershire sauce |
4 ounces liquid smoke, mesquite flavor if you can find it |
Directions:
1. Empty bottle of Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. 2. Pour liquid smoke into empty Worcestershire sauce bottle. 3. Then fill bottle to top with Worcestershire sauce. 4. That is it! |
