Weight Watcher's Turkey Sausage Patties |

I have not made this one but am going to some time soon. Let me know what you think!!! Ingredients:
1 lb uncooked ground turkey breast |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon ground coriander |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon ground oregano |
1/2 teaspoon basil |
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Combine turkey and dry spices in large bowl. Mix together thoroughly. 2. Add chicken broth, mixing well. Let stand 15-20 minutes. 3. Form turkey into 8 patties, approximately 3/4 inch thick. 4. Cook patties in non-stick skillet over medium heat 7-8 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked. 5. •Variations:. 6. Hot and Zesty: Add 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper and 3 tbsp tomato paste. 7. Italian: Add 1/2 tsp marjoram, 1/2 tsp coriander and 1/2tsp rosemary. |
