Taken off the weight watchers site. I do not know the points for this though. Ingredients:
3 1/2 lbs beef roast |
12 ounces pepperoncini peppers |
2/3 ounce italian salad dressing mix |
15 ounces nonfat beef broth |
Directions:
1. place roast in Crock pot mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast. 2. Cook on low 8-10 hours. |
