Found this recipe on Haven't tried it yet, but says it is only 4 pts per serving. The time I have included on this is just an estimate. Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken |
salt and pepper |
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 (15 ounce) can fat-free low-sodium chicken broth |
1/2-1 cup mushroom |
Directions:
1. Salt and pepper chicken. 2. Put flour in a medium-size bag and add pieces of chicken. Close the open end of the bag and shake. Flour will be evenly distributed on the meat. 3. Heat oil in skillet. Place floured chicken in oil and brown on both sides. Add mushrooms and broth. 4. Cover tightly with lid and simmer until meat is tender. Add additional water or broth if necessary. |
