From Weight Watchers Magazine Ingredients:
3/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese |
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
3 medium whole wheat tortillas |
2 ounces cooked lean ham, in strips |
1 cup fresh blueberries |
Directions:
1. Spray a grill rack with nonstick spray; preheat the grill to medium. Combine ricotta cheese, lemon zest, and pepper. Place tortillas on the grill rack and grill until the bottoms are crisp, 1-2 minutes. Flip with tongs. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the tortillas, sprinkle evenly with ham and blueberries. Grill, covered, until the bottoms are crisp, about 2 minutes. Cut each tortilla into quarters. |
