Weight Watchers Quick Garden Cheese Soup

Creamy vegetable soup that is quick, easy & good for you.
Ingredients:
1 cup celery, chop'd
1 cup onion, chop'd
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup flour
1 (28 ounce) can chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli carrots cauliflower mix
1 cup frozen hash browns
1 (8 ounce) velveeta cheese (light)
1/3 cup non-fat powdered milk
Directions:
1. cook celery, onions in margarine until tender. Stir in flour. Gradually add broth then add the hash browns. Simmer 15 minutes.
2. Add powdered milk or evaporated skim milk and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. (Do Not Boil !).
