2 slices canadian bacon |
1/2 english muffin, toasted |
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese |
1/2 pepperoncini pepper, slice |
Directions:
1. Heat skillet sprayed with nonstick spray. 2. Add 2 slices bacon cook 1 minute per side. 3. Top English muffin with the bacon, cottage cheese and pepperoncini, if using. |
