This healthy appetizer is an italian twist on a Chinese favorite it is worth 1 weight watcher's point Ingredients:
4 sprays olive oil flavored cooking spray |
1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese |
3 tablespoons reduced-fat pesto sauce |
3 tablespoons roasted red peppers, chopped |
2 tablespoons shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese |
16 wonton wrappers |
1 cup marinara sauce, warmed |
Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine ricotta, pesto, peppers and mozzarella. 4. In a medium bowl, combine ricotta, pesto, peppers and mozzarella. 5. Place wonton wrappers on prepared baking sheet so wontons become saturated with oil. Place 1 tablespoon ricotta mixture onto center of each wrapper. Dip a finger into water and use it to moisten edges of wrapper; fold over one corner of wrapper to make a triangle and press sides together to create a seal (click here to see a video demonstration of this technique). If desired, create decorative lines along edges of wontons by pressing tines of a fork along bottom edge of each wonton. 6.
