Ingredients:
15 1/2 ounce chickpeas
2 tsp peanut butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1 clove garlic
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Drain and rinse chickpeas. reserve 1/3 C can liquid and set aside.
2. In food processer or blender, combine peas tahini, lemon juice,rind, garlic, cumin and salt. with processor running, gradually add reserved liquid; process until smooth.
