reduced calorie hummus Ingredients:
15 1/2 ounce chickpeas |
2 tsp peanut butter |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tsp grated lemon rind |
1 clove garlic |
1/8 tsp ground cumin |
1/8 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Drain and rinse chickpeas. reserve 1/3 C can liquid and set aside. 2. In food processer or blender, combine peas tahini, lemon juice,rind, garlic, cumin and salt. with processor running, gradually add reserved liquid; process until smooth. |
