delicious zero point soup
Ingredients:
2 zuchinis
4 carrots
1 1/2 lbs cabbage
1/4 lbs string beans
3 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 large onion, diced
4 teaspoons garlic (from a jar or substitute four cloves minced garlic)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3 cups chicken broth
Directions:
1. bring chicken stalk+3 cups of water to boil
2. Add tomato paste (you can add to taste)
3. Put in garlic
4. Add everything else except for the zuchini
5. After cabbage is soft
6. Add Zuchini and put on low until zuchini is tender.
7. Serve.
