2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (16 ounce) can diced italian-style tomatoes
1 cup white beans
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup dry whole wheat couscous
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine the chicken broth, Italian-style tomatoes, white beans, frozen mixed vegetables and whole wheat couscous.
2. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Divide evenly among large soup bowls.
