It's a recipe for fagiole. Ingredients:
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth |
1 (16 ounce) can diced italian-style tomatoes |
1 cup white beans |
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables |
1/4 cup dry whole wheat couscous |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine the chicken broth, Italian-style tomatoes, white beans, frozen mixed vegetables and whole wheat couscous. 2. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Divide evenly among large soup bowls. |
