Only 3 points per serving! These can be made ahead of time. Cooking time is chilling time. Ingredients:
2 cups raspberries or 2 cups blueberries or 2 cups blackberries |
1 (30 g) package fat-free sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix or 1 (30 g) package fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding mix |
2 cups 1% low-fat milk |
1 cup light whipped topping |
8 mini chocolate graham cracker tart crusts |
Directions:
1. Prepare pudding with the 1% milk according to package directions. 2. Mix together the berries and pudding in a large mixing bowl. 3. Fold in whipped topping. 4. Divide evenly among crusts. 5. Cover and refrigerate until chilled (2 hours). |
