Ingredients:
2 large eggs
6 anchovies
5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sodium-free salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; purée until blended. (Note: Omit the anchovies if you do not like their flavor.).
