And even though it's light, it tastes great. Ingredients:
2 large eggs |
6 anchovies |
5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1/4 cup chicken broth |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon sodium-free salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/3 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; purée until blended. (Note: Omit the anchovies if you do not like their flavor.). |
