From Weight Watchers Magazine Ingredients:
14 1/2 ounces broth |
1 cup salsa |
1/2 cup quick-cooking barley |
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin |
1 1/2 cups turkey, cooked and diced |
15 ounces black beans |
Directions:
1. Cook broth, salsa, barley and cumin in a pan for 10 minutes. 2. Add turkey and black beans, cook for 5 more minutes, then serve. |
