Weight Watchers Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Wraps

Ingredients:
4 large whole wheat tortillas
2 teaspoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
12 slices ready-to-serve shortcut bacon
2 tomatoes, sliced
lettuce, shredded
Directions:
1. Spread each of the tortillas with mayonnaise.
2. Microwave 6 slices of bacon for 30-40 seconds, until crisp. Repeat with another 6 slices.
3. Top with shredded lettuce and 3 thick slices of tomato. Roll each tortilla burrito-style. Cut in half (two halves equal one serving).
