Weight Watchers Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Wraps |

It's a wrap. Ingredients:
4 large whole wheat tortillas |
2 teaspoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise |
12 slices ready-to-serve shortcut bacon |
2 tomatoes, sliced |
lettuce, shredded |
Directions:
1. Spread each of the tortillas with mayonnaise. 2. Microwave 6 slices of bacon for 30-40 seconds, until crisp. Repeat with another 6 slices. 3. Top with shredded lettuce and 3 thick slices of tomato. Roll each tortilla burrito-style. Cut in half (two halves equal one serving). |
