This recipe is so healthy and good ! and 6 pts. for weight watchers is great! you get protein and good for you antioxidants , and dairy all in one delicious fill-you-up smoothie! you get the whole blender full for the 6 pts. Ingredients:
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk |
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt (i like to used trader joes organic, it is creamy) |
1/2 cup 2% low fat cottage cheese |
1/2 banana |
1 cup frozen blueberries (i use fozen because it makes it nice and cold!) |
Directions:
1. Put all into the blender and blend well *** enjoy ***. 2. if you like it a little sweeter you can add a little splenda * i think it is perfect the way it is ! enjoy the whole thing! |
