This chicken is absolutely delicious! Serve over rice and enjoy! Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 cup ketchup |
1 diet cola |
1/2 cup chopped onion (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, mix ketchup and cola. 2. Add chicken and onions. 3. Bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat to medium and let cook for 45 minutes. 4. Remove lid and simmer until thickens. |
