anyone on a calorie reduced diet should try this it is delicious and soooo easy!!! For those of you not on a calorie reduced diet, this is great with a loaf of home made bread. Ingredients:
28 ounces minestrone soup |
28 ounces vegetable soup |
28 ounces tomato puree |
12 ounces canned corn niblets |
19 ounces kidney beans |
Directions:
1. Rinse beans. 2. Add cans together, I use Habitant soups. 3. Optional: garlic powder, parsley or hot sauce. 4. Enjoy! 5. 1 bowl = 1 pt. |
