This is a delicious high calorie recipe. You can experiment around with the different nuts and dried fruit, and add more to suit your calorie requirements. Ingredients:
2/3 cup oatmeal, uncooked |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 cup raisins |
1/4 cup almonds |
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. 2. Refrigerate overnight so the flavors mix. 3. Gobble gobble snarf yummmmm :) |
