Ingredients:
1 pound(s) ground turkey or lean ground beef |
2 whole(s) green peppers chopped |
3 clove(s) garlic minced |
1 jar(s) spaghetti sauce |
1 2/3 cup(s) water |
1/4 cup(s) kraft zesty italian dressing-fat free |
12 oven-ready lasagna noodles broken into quarters |
1 cup(s) shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in large saucepan. Drain. Stir in peppers, garlic, spaghetti sauce, water, and dressing. Add noodles. Stir. Cover. Cook on medium-low heat 10 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
