1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream |
3 tablespoons water |
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons whole-grain dijon mustard |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 4 wedges |
1/2 cup diced plum tomato (about 1 tomato) |
freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well with a whisk. 2. Place 1 lettuce wedge on each of 4 plates. Drizzle with dressing. Top with tomato and pepper. |
