And hubby forgot to take photos of all the other buffet items We were all too busy chatting and eating . Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 tbs baking powder |
1/2 tsp salt |
3/4 cup unsalted butter or white vegetable shortening |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
2 tsp clear vanilla |
1 cup milk |
5 egg whites ( save yolks for another use ) |
frosting as desired |

Directions:
1. Combine flour, salt and baking powder and sift into a bowl 2. Beat butter or shortening till smooth and beat in sugar and vanilla beating till fluffy 3. Add dry ingrdients and milk alternately to creamed mixture blending till smooth 4. Whip egg whites with clean betaers till stiff not dry peaks 5. Gently fold into mixture, 6. Fill paper lined muffin tins a bit over half full 7. Bake 375 18 to 20 minutes or till tested done. 8. Cool and frost as desired. 9. Yiled depends on size of the muffin cups |
