These potatoes are always a hit when I make them. You can sub out the chicken soup for cream of mushroom instead and viola its vegetarian! Ingredients:
2 pound package frozen hash browns |
1/2 stick melted margarine |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 large onion, chopped fine |
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted |
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese |
topping |
1-1/2 cups crumbled corn flakes or bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. mix and put into greased 9x13 inch pan. 2. bake one hour at 350 degrees |
