I really think the picture says it all; but this is so creamy, so chocolatey, and very impressive when served. Add chocolate curls if you wish. Ingredients:
1/2 cup vanilla pudding mix |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup water |
2-1/2 cups skim milk |
3 tbsp. chocolate syrup |
1-1/2 cups whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Combine Vanilla pudding Mix, sugar, water, and milk in medium saucepan; mix well. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and begins to thicken. 2. Remove from heat and quick chill by placing saucepan in a larger pan of ice water. 3. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally. 4. Pour half of pudding into 6 parfait glasses. 5. Top with half of chocolate syrup, spooning syrup along edge of glass. 6. Top with 1 cup of whipped cream . 7. Repeat with remaining pudding and syrup. 8. Garnish with remaining whipped cream. 9. Refrigerate until ready to use. . |
