I have not tried this recipe. I'm posting this recipe for safe keeping. I got this recipe from Shape magazine. Each serving is 1/2 cup. Ingredients:
5 cups cubed seeded watermelon |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. 2. Transfer mixture to a bowl, cover and freeze until firm, about 2 hours. 3. (If the sorbet freezes so that it's too firm to scoop, let it stand at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.). |
