For when you want a fairly low-cal, refreshing treat. I add 2 tsp. of Benefiber to it to sneak a little more fiber into my diet. Ingredients:
1 cup watermelon balls |
2 medium strawberries |
1/2 cup 2% milk |
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract |
1 tsp. sugar |
2 tsp benefiber |
Directions:
1. I recommend freezing the fruit before making. Place all ingredients in blender and turn on until everything is completely blended together. |
