A nice smoothie to serve to kids and adults on hot summer days. Recipe from My Daily Moment newsletter. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups watermelon, seeded and cubed |
1 lime, juice of |
1 teaspoon granulated sugar |
mint sprig, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Add watermelon, lime juice and sugar to blender and process until smooth. 2. Pour watermelon mixture into a 12 ounce glass full of ice and garnish with mint. 3. Serve immediately. |
