6 c diced seedless watermelon, drained |
1 c chopped green bell pepper |
6 tbl fresh lime juice |
2 tbl chopped fresh cilantro (or to taste) |
2 tbl chopped fresh basil |
6 green onions, thinly sliced |
2 chopped, seeded medium jalapeno chiles |
1 tsp garlic salt |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. 2. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving 3. 12 1/2 C servings |
