Watermelon Radish Feta Salad

Off-beat salad that is well loved in the hot summer months. I love radishes and celebrate any way we can get them into a dish.
Ingredients:
2 cups of seedless watermelon (even good with yellow watermelon)
1 bunch of radishes, sliced thin
1 large seedless cucumuber, peeled and chunked/same size as watermelon
3/4 cup of cubed feta cheese
1/4 cup of mint leaves, slivered
2 tablespoons of mild salad oil
juice of two limes
1 tsp of brown sugar or squeeze of honey
zest off of one lime
cracked black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine the chilled watermelon cubes, radishes, cucumbers and feta cheese.
2. Chill.
3. Whisk oil, lime juice and brown sugar, and a few grinds of black pepper.
4. Dress the watermelong mixture lightly.
5. Treat it gently as to not break up the watermelon cubes.
6. Sprinkle top with the slivered mint.
7. Dig in and enjoy.
