Watermelon Lemonade Slushie |

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups lemon juice |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 jalapeno, seeded, deveined and chopped |
1/2 seedless watermelon, chopped |
16 fresh mint leaves, optional |
ice |
lemon slices, for serving |
Directions:
1. In batches, combine 12 cups water, the lemon juice, sugar, jalapeno, watermelon and mint, if using, in a blender. Blend to a puree. 2. Allow the puree to steep for 10 minutes before straining it through a fine mesh sieve. Chill well. 3. Serve chilled, with ice and a lemon slice floating at the top. 4.
