What a refreshing treat in the summertime! Fresh fruit ice pops just waiting for you in your freezer! This treat is on me. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 cups packed finely chopped seeded watermelon
0.5 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (3/4 cup)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in processor.
2. Puree until very smooth.
3. divide mixture among 8 ice pop molds (each about 1/4 to 1/3 cup capacity).
4. Cover and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours and up to 5 days.
