Oh so simple but oh so tasty, from .au Ingredients:
1 kg seedless watermelon, cut into 12 small wedges, rind removed |
4 kiwi fruits, peeled, each cut into 4 slices |
1/3 cup passion fruit pulp |
2 tablespoons malibu rum (coconut liqueur) |
heavy cream, to serve |
Directions:
1. Divide the watermelon and kiwifruit among serving bowls. Combine the passionfruit pulp and Malibu. 2. Dollop the cream over the fruit and drizzle with the passionfruit. Serve immediately. |
