Fresh light Greek salad Ingredients:
200 g feta, cubed |
400 g watermelon, cubed |
1 red onion, thinly sliced |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
Directions:
1. Mix the oil and vinegar together. 2. Place the watermelon, feta and onion in a bowl and toss the dressing through. 3. Best made just before serving. |
