Choldren can cool off in hot weather with this watermelon slush. Naturally sweet and simple, this parent-pleasing healthy beverage is a tasty kid-approved summer treat. Keep a jug handy in the refrigerator to hydrate them though their days of activity. Ingredients:
4 cups cubed seeded watermelon |
1 (300 g) package frozen raspberries |
1 (350 ml) bottle sparkling water |
Directions:
1. Place watermelon n a single layer in a shallow pan. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer and let stand for 5 minutes. 2. Place watermelon in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. 3. Alternate adding frozen raspberries and mineral water, processing until smooth. |
