Adapted from The African Kitchen. Ingredients:
18 ounces watermelon, cut into bite-sized chunks |
18 ounces pineapple, cut into bite-sized chunks |
1 onion, thinly sliced |
1 -2 tablespoon cilantro |
6 tablespoons lime juice |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except pepper in a bowl and toss to mix. 2. Add pepper to taste. 3. Chill. |
