This dessert salad with a pistachio pudding base contains crushed pineapple, miniature marshmallows, pecans, and whipped topping. Ingredients:
1 (4 serving size) package instant pistachio flavor pudding mix |
1 (20 ounce) can dole® crushed pineapple, undrained |
1 cup miniature marshmallows |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
1 1/2 cups thawed whipped topping |
Directions:
1. Mix dry pudding mix, crushed pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in large bowl until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping; cover.
2. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
