This is a classic that has been around for a long time but one I never get tired of. I usually make it during the holidays and will be making this Sunday for Easter. Yummy. Ingredients:
1 small box pistachio pudding |
12 ounce container whipped topping |
16 ounce can crushed pineapple |
1 cup miniature marshmallows |
1 small jar maraschino cherries chopped |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix whipped topping and pudding together and stir well. 2. Add pineapple juice with marshmallows, cherries and pecans and mix well. 3. Chill and serve. |
