A Potluck favorite. Ingredients:
2 - small pk jell-o pistachio instant pudding & pie filling |
1 - 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drain well |
1 c miniature marshmallows |
1/2 c chopped pecans or walnuts |
2 - 12 oz cool-whip topping, thawed |
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple until ready to add to salad. 2. Place cool-whip in a large bowl. 3. Fold the pudding into the cool-whip until well blended. 4. Fold in the pineapple. 5. Fold in the nuts. 6. Cover and refrigerate at leat 1 hour or until ready to serve. 7. Garnish as desired. |
