This is one of my favorite pies. I first ate this at Luby's cafeteria and became instantly addicted. It's easy, creamy, puddingy and Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 cube soft margarine |
1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts |
8 ounces softened cream cheese |
1 cup powdered sugar |
16 ounce container frozen whipped topping thawed |
2 small packages instant pistachio pudding |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, margarine and walnuts then place in botton of pie pan for crust. 2. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes then cool completely. 3. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup whipped topping and spread over crust. 4. Mix pudding mix with 3 cups milk and spread over second layer. 5. Spread remaining whipped topping on top and sprinkle with fine chopped nuts. |
