This spread is wonderful with vegtables, on crackers or on sandwiches. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cream |
1 bunch watercress leaf |
1 tablespoon horseradish |
1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste |
1/8 teaspoon pepper, to taste |
1 small garlic clove, sliced |
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed until smooth. |
